Start with actual site conditions
Document the number of users, operating hours, duration and whether activity happens in one zone or across a wide property. Note gates, surface conditions, overhead clearance, traffic control and where the service vehicle can stop without blocking work or guests.
Plan quantity and access together
A unit count means little if toilets are inconvenient or inaccessible. Construction teams should review applicable sanitation rules and place units near work while protecting them from equipment routes. Event teams should distribute capacity around guest flow, provide accessible options and avoid placing restrooms beside food, ceremonies or seating.

Heat, heavy rain and tropical weather can change usage and access. Use stable high ground, maintain a service path and identify who will communicate closures or storm changes. After a major event, do not enter unsafe areas simply to receive equipment.
Put assumptions in writing
